Professor John Grainger studied for his BA (Education & Psychology), BEd (Hons), MBA and DBA at Murdoch University, Perth, Western Australia, over the period 1986 to 1999. Prior to and during this time he established and managed several successful businesses, purposefully moving into teaching and consulting across the primary, secondary and tertiary levels in UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Singapore.
In 2002 John accepted a senior academic appointment with the Fujairah Women’s College in the UAE. John was subsequently appointed to the position of founding Pro Vice-Chancellor, Murdoch University in Dubai in 2008.
In 2012 as President of TAG, John took on the responsibility of implementing the Group’s vision across Sub-Saharan Africa. Additionally, he was appointed Provost of Lancaster University Ghana in 2013.
